Mimi is a cute little 11 pound JRT/Chihuahua mix dog. She had 4 different homes prior to coming to our rescue group. We were told that she was left alone for 24 hours a day in a crate. Her back end and legs are urine stained from laying in her own pee for hours. Our group was told that she had some vetting history and that we would get her records within a couple of days. Of course that never happened so we ended up having to take her to the Vet.
She is not spayed and needed her rabies and a heart worm test. We took her to Seneca Animal Hospital in E. Aurora for a check up. Overall the Vet said she seemed healthy and she tested negative for heart worms. Mimi was also given a Bordatella vaccination to prevent kennel cough as well as her rabies vaccination. This Vet visit came to $119.00. Her next appointment for her spay is $85.00. She is in need of a foster and or forever home! We hope that she can find someone who will give her the time that she deserves! Please help us pay for her $205.00 vet bill.
